About This Project

This riverside property was left covered in charred stumps, downed logs, and old foundation debris. Before a new home could go in, all of it had to come out.

We pulled the stumps and roots, cleared the debris, and graded the lot so the building site was clean and stable. Care was taken around the remaining trees and along the riverbank.

To finish, we built a gravel pad and access along the road, giving the owner and their builder a solid, mud-free place to work and park equipment during construction.
